I don’t know what stage you are at in your life with the holidays….if you have busy excited children in your life, or perhaps you are simply “holding it together” because it’s your first Christmas after a loss, or you have a little more time because you are on your own this Christmas.
I find that there are lots of reasons to sit and make something. Something to just calm the feelings, get a little centred, keep your hands busy making so that your subconscious can work out the thing.
A little fun. A little calm. Something everyone can do where the more varied the results, the more diverse a forest. No judgement, no comparison– every tree in the forest belongs.
