Our last two creativity challenges have been SO MUCH FUN that I decided to do one for February!
Before I continue, let me say how well Lilly’s week has gone since I wrote to you last week. We have changed medications as a result of checking in with her vet and we even went for a walk in the sunshine today—she’s doing a lot better. I’m not into “as the world turns” ( an American tv show that was on when we were young could watch if we were home sick- always with stories I didn’t understand and very dark lighting giving it a very flat dull look)…only to say that –I am not into drama.
However, there are hills and valleys in life and certainly that is what we have experienced in the last few weeks with Lilly. I will not be reporting in for every turn, but I wanted you to know that she is enjoying her days and we are having moments of feeling the sun on our faces (mostly “moments” because of the intermittent appearance of the sun at this time of year).
What is this Creativity Challenge?
I send you a prompt in email each day in February, for free
What if I don’t have time to do it every day?
No problem, you do as many as you can throughout the month. After all, it’s for fun!
What do I get out of doing a challenge?
A chance to practice new ways of looking at the world around you.
This challenge can introduce you to creativity, remind you of new creative ways of looking at things, or contribute to your existing creative practice.
Is a challenge a competition?
Absolutely not in this case.
This is all about you exploring the prompt each day and gaining more presence to the world around you. It’s a way of having fun. It’s a way of looking at the every day, differently.
Where do I sign up?
You can sign up here: February Creativity Challenge

Please ask me! Hello@Lise-Lotte.ca
If you know a friend you would who like to do this with please share the sign up with them!
We’ve found that friends who live in different parts of the world have so much fun doing the challenge together and sharing with one another what the prompt has inspired in them. It can be a quick text or DM or a conversation on the weekends when you Facetime together…
If you join, I will send you the first prompt on February 1 to your email.
I wish you peace on your path,
