I think it’s true that it is the thief of joy.
We are talking about it in GEMs as a block to creativity.
Actually, something that people have noticed about me and I know to be true about myself is that I don’t compare myself to others. I think it is a reason that I can share about my work in progress, or be genuinely excited for others when they say that they are headed out on holidays.
But I do notice it come up in others which is why it’s a topic this month in GEMs, my on-line membership community.
I’ll be interested to see what everyone has to say on the topic.
