Creativity is not dessert after you've eaten your vegetables.
It is not something you earn after your responsibilities are done.
It is not "I'll get to that after I've done the dishes".
It is what walks alongside every difficult, beautiful, ordinary thing in your life.
And it is available to you right now, exactly as your life is today.
Begin Again is where you come back to it.
Three days. One hour each day. Completely free. I will also send you a bonus resource: Permission to Play
Date: September 9, 10 & 11 2026
Noon to 1:00 Pacific Time
Live via Zoom - Free
You want more creativity in your life, but somehow it keeps getting pushed aside.
You see other women making, painting, writing, photographing, gardening or creating beautiful things and think:
I wish I was more creative.
Maybe you haven't made anything in years.
Maybe you've been so busy caring for everyone else that you've lost touch with the part of yourself that makes and notices and creates.
Maybe you've never quite given yourself permission to call yourself creative, even though part of you has always wanted to.
Most people find that it is not lack of talent or lack of time that keeps them from their creativity.
If any of this sounds familiar, I have created Begin Again for you.
What if I could show you how to go from I wish I was more creative to I Am Creative — in just three days?
Each day we gather live on Zoom for one hour.
I will guide you through a powerful question that we sit with together and then we answer it the only way I know how.
By making something.
You will also create your Present Bag.
Before Day One I will invite you to find a bag — any bag, any size, something that feels a little like you. (mine is a bag I bought at a grocery store with my daughter on a trip to France)
Over our three days together we are going to fill it with things we make, things we find and things we choose with intention.
By the end of Day Three it will be entirely and beautifully yours — whether you go further with me or not.
That is my promise.
The Present Bag has three meanings I love.
It is about being present — here, now, noticing what is actually around you.
It is a present — a gift you give yourself, chosen with care.
And it lives in the present — the only moment any of us actually have.
Over three gentle, live sessions, I'll guide you through a creative experience designed to help you reconnect with a part of yourself that may have been waiting quietly in the background.
We begin with honesty, gentleness and love. We look clearly at where we are. Not with judgment, not with shame, just with open eyes and a willingness to see. And then we make the first thing that goes into your Present Bag.
Today we reach. We name — perhaps for the first time out loud — what we would actually do if the our blocks disappeared. What we would make. What we would try. Who we would be. And then we make something for the Present Bag that reflects that reaching.
By Day Three you are not the same woman who showed up on Day One.
Today we make one final thing for the Present Bag, something that feels like evidence, like proof, like I Am Creative made tangible and real.
And then we close with our ceremony. You hold up your Present Bag and share one thing in it — tangible or intangible — that tells you this is definitely true:
I Am Creative.
Imagine waking up on the fourth day knowing — not just thinking, but knowing — that I Am Creative is already true.
A creative mindset doesn't stay inside you. It ripples outward into every part of your life.
For you: Calm when life is loud. Joy in the ordinary. Confidence that grows quietly with every thing you make. Resilience. Presence. A sense of identity beyond your roles.
For those around you: A more patient parent. A more present partner. A more engaged colleague. Someone who brings a solution oriented approach to every problem and challenge.
The most powerful thing of all: When the women around you see you choosing yourself — making things, noticing beauty, filling your Present Bag — they feel permission to do the same.
Not because someone told you exactly how it had to look.
Not because you're suddenly an "artist."
But because you gave yourself permission to notice, play, explore and create.
That small act of making can become the first piece of evidence that the creative woman you've been looking for isn't somewhere else.
She's already here.
You don't need artistic experience.
You don't need expensive supplies.
You don't need to know what your "creative thing" is.
And you definitely don't need to be good at drawing.
You just need to be curious enough to begin.
Your supply list will arrive in your confirmation email when you register: nothing expensive, nothing hard to find. Most of it you already have at home.
And there is no behind.
There is no being left behind.
This experience adapts to your life — not the other way around.
For 38 years my work as a facilitator has been rooted in experiential learning starting with my degree in Human and Social Development.
I grow specialty flowers on my urban flower farm here on Vancouver Island. I make cyanotypes. I write a newsletter every Thursday. Every week, I make a video to share on my Youtube channel about creativity. I have had the honour of spending years walking alongside women as they come back to their creativity.
I know what it is to need creativity the way you need air. I once sat outside an ICU — my father in surgery, my mother at home in a wheelchair, my children at school — with knitting in my bag. Not good knitting. Just some cotton that would probably become a dishcloth. I just needed to keep my hands busy making something.
Anything.
That bag was my lifeline. Not because of what I was making. But because making something — anything — kept me tethered to myself when everything else felt completely out of my hands.
That is what a creative life gives you. And I know the way back to it.
I would love to show you.
"She had gone through a terrible depression following an illness and she came across my challenge and it brought her back to her writing — and importantly back to herself." from an email of a participant in a noticing challenge
"It was transformational- life changing!" GEMS member
"Super inspiring workshop! Lise-Lotte creates a welcoming environment for people to learn and make. She's friendly and approachable and I would gladly take another workshop with her."— Anika, past student
"Before I found Lise-Lotte's work I would never have called myself creative. But something shifted. I started to think of myself differently — as someone who could try new things, who could learn, who could make.
And then I signed up for a quilting class. I made my new granddaughter her very first quilt. It was something I never would have done before. Because I never would have believed that was the kind of person I was.
Now I know that it is exactly the kind of person I am."
C.A.— A past student
Do I need to be artistic?
Absolutely not. Most people find that artistic skill has very little to do with leading a creative life. Begin Again is designed especially for women who have never thought of themselves as creative. Curiosity required but no experience necessary.
What will I need?
A bag that feels a little like you, any bag, any size. Your simple supply list will arrive in your confirmation email when you register. Nothing expensive. Most of it you already have at home.
Will I really leave with something I made?
Yes — I guarantee it. Each day we make something together that goes into your Present Bag. By the end of Day Three you will have a bag filled with things you made and chose with intention — entirely and beautifully yours.
What comes after Begin Again?
Begin Again is complete and valuable entirely on its own. For women who want to continue — on September 9th I will open the doors to Creative Again, my 12 week live experience starting September 21st. But that is a conversation for Day Three.
Today I just want to invite you to begin.
Imagine looking back on September 9th as the day everything shifted.
Not someday. Not when life calms down. Not when you feel ready enough.
Now.
Women are already joining from Canada, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, England and beyond. I cannot wait to be in a room with all of you.
You just said yes to yourself. That is everything.
Pop your name and email below and I will be in touch with all the details — including how to find your very first Present Bag.

I wish you peace on your path,
